Today we headed out to the supermarket to pick up
a few essentials ahead of tomorrow's national strike
(almost all of San Sebastian seemed to be doing the same).
We didn't have a good idea of what to share with you today
until we started running into all sorts of furry friends that
made us think all the more about our own...
Our little princesses, Chloe and Zoe, turned two years old
very recently, and we really do miss them more than we
can say! Their precious faces and unconditional love
fill us with pure happiness when they are by our side...
And while we do get to see our babies every day via
Skype, we also appreciate getting to see so many
four-legged cuties around every corner in San Sebastian...
Since we ran into so many on our supermarket run
I thought you might like to see just what kind of life the
average dog is living in this neck of the woods. Well, for
starters, they are always appropriately accessorized...
And they only shop at the very best clothing stores--
more often than not accompanied by their comfort
facilitators, lest their little legs get tired...
When it comes to the less-fun supermarket
shopping, they leave the dirty work to their
two-legged companions while they wait,
relaxing near the exit until it's time to head home...
And it is precisely on the way home where the extent of
their lavish lifestyle is really revealed-- I guess around
here gourmet pintxos aren't just for us humans...
We'll see you tomorrow for Day 14!
Thanks for stopping in
